Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience specifically within a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) or similar.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of IFRS is mandatory. Proficiency in local accounting standards is highly valued.
Languages: Native proficiency or Advanced in German and English. To ensure seamless integration and communication within the SSC and local stakeholders.
Systems: Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
