In this role you lead regional HSE programs to ensure safe, compliant operations across manufacturing sites. You align regional practices with global standards and drive continuous HSE improvements. You will assess risks, oversee implementation of management systems, and foster a proactive safety culture with cross-functional teams. Provide strategic direction and leadership for regional HSE programs and processes
Coordinate continuous regional improvement and the implementation of global/regional HSE initiatives
Assess emerging HSE risks and drive proactive actions with regional/global functions




Ensure consistent HSE management system implementation across sites and regions
Support and guide teams to build a proactive HSE culture across the value chain
Monitor HSE performance and intervene when standards are not met
Requisitos principales
2 to 5 years of direct HSE experience in industrial/manufacturing settings
Technical background/engineering degree or solid foundation in occupational risk prevention
High level of English (written and spoken)
Extensive operational, on-the-ground experience xqbhyrx
Thorough understanding of national HSE regulations and safety standards
Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) or HSE
ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification (desirable)
