As a Solutions Engineer, you will shape the next generation of world-class fulfillment centers and logistics systems across Europe. You will own multiple projects from concept to design approval and serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers. Your work will span green-field, brown-field, and retrofit projects, collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver cost-effective, high-performance material handling solutions. You will hand off to Ops Engineering for installation, ensure commissioning succeeds, and contribute to a fast-paced, impactful integral initiative.
Responsabilidades
Invent, design, and implement solutions for material flow and human/machine efficiency across the Amazon supply chain
Lead design and innovation for fulfillment and transportation networks including equipment spec, layout, and IP considerations
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality,



cost-effective solutions quickly
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with influencing, negotiating, and communicating across partners
Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects and present solutions to senior executives
Requisitos principales
Bachelor in Engineering or foreign equivalent
Experience in engineering design projects and management
Experience estimating material handling and storage systems
Experience designing xqbhyrx solutions for large, high-volume sorting operations
Experience with design & innovation and R&D;
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
strong collaboration and teamwork
excellent communication and presentation abilities
