Position overview
As a Channel Partner Manager, Spain & Portugal, you will have the opportunity to shape and grow Diebold Nixdorf's indirect retail business across two strategically important markets. Working with existing and newly recruited partners, you will develop long-term alliances, create new sales opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth. You'll collaborate with partners to identify market opportunities, build joint business plans and bring innovative retail solutions to customers across Spain and Portugal.
Supported by an established European Channel organization, you'll focus on expanding market presence, strengthening partner engagement and influencing the future growth of our retail channel business.

A List of our operating entities can be foundhere - Essential Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Channel Management, Partner Management, Alliance Management or indirect sales roles Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and growing revenue through channel partners, distributors or indirect sales channels Strong understanding of the Spanish retail market and experience building business relationships across Spain and ideally Portugal Knowledge of retail technology solutions, including POS, self-checkout, software or service-based offerings Native-level Spanish and professional English communication skills Experience within retail, hospitality, fuel/convenience, entertainment,
retail technology or related B2 B environments Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and manage strategic channel partners Strong commercial, relationship-building and business development skills Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience Desired Portuguese language skills Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Knowledge of Diebold Nixdorf products and services is a plus Developing and expanding strategic retail channel partnerships across Spain and Portugal Identifying, recruiting and developing new retail channel partners to expand market coverage and generate new revenue opportunities Building and maintaining trusted relationships with partner leaders and key decision-makers Managing a healthy partner opportunity pipeline from qualification through to revenue generation Collaborating with partners to develop business plans, go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives Supporting partners through enablement activities, sales engagement programs and commercial guidance Analysing market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Partner Management teams to maximize channel success Developing forecasts, business cases and performance insights to support strategic decision-making Advocating for partner needs and sharing market intelligence to help shape business priorities Driving partner retention, loyalty and long-term revenue growth across the indirect retail channel Full time Posting Date: 2026-08-25
