In this role you drive the end-to-end planning, governance, execution, and measurement of global marketing campaigns. You will serve as the operational backbone of the Integral Marketing team, ensuring scalable processes and consistent delivery across regions. You tackle optimization, standardization, and cross-functional alignment to maximize campaign impact. This position offers the opportunity to shape how campaigns scale in a matrix, international environment.
Responsabilidades
Coordinate and oversee execution of international marketing campaigns and align plans across functions
Manage campaign timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure readiness and quality
Develop and improve marketing processes and workflows; drive standardization and operational excellence
Support campaign prioritization and resource planning; contribute to new marketing technologies
Establish campaign standards, templates, and best practices; ensure brand/content governance across regions




Define campaign reporting standards and KPIs; monitor performance and provide actionable insights
Partner with Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Scientific Marketing, Social Media and Sales; act as central coordination point
Foster alignment among international stakeholders across business units
Requisitos principales
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management or Project Management xqbhyrx
Strong knowledge of integrated marketing campaigns
Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms (CELUM is a plus)
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Experience within international matrix organizations
