As a Service Engineer for EFI industrial inkjet printers, you’ll deliver on-site and remote support to ensure installation, maintenance, and peak performance of our equipment. You will collaborate with Field Service, Quality Assurance, and R&D; to document procedures, train operators, and implement improvements. You’ll troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and translate findings into actionable service reports. This role blends hands-on field work with cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic industrial setting.
Responsabilidades
Create and update documentation, manuals, and procedures for EFI printers
Provide support for new products and existing systems
Develop preventive maintenance and corrective repair documentation for complex electro-mechanical systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic control issues
Offer technical support to Field Service and Customer Support teams
Deliver operator training and maintenance guidance to Field Service Engineers




Document activities and findings in EFI service systems with precise reporting
Collaborate with Engineering to implement product improvements and corrective actions
Support continuous improvement of service processes and documentation
Foster strong cross-department relationships to maintain high service quality
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
0–3 years of experience in service engineering, maintenance, or industrial environments
Solid foundation in mechanical systems xqbhyrx (components, alignment, maintenance) and electrical systems (wiring, industrial components, troubleshooting)
Comfort with office and field work
Good level of English for international collaboration
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Customer-focused with solid communication abilities
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
