As Cybersecurity Manager, you will lead security efforts for the Commercial Ground Segment that controls and operates satellites. You will guide security strategy, drive secure product evolution, and ensure “Security by Design” from early design through delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to manage risks, compliance, and accreditation while promoting reusable security patterns. This role offers international exposure, relocation options, and a focus on protecting critical space infrastructure.

Responsabilidades
Serve as the cybersecurity expert for the business unit and support teams, products, projects, and clients
Identify security requirements in proposals, bids, and tenders and define strategies
Drive product evolution toward secure, credible solutions
Integrate Security by Design criteria across design, architecture,



development, validation, and delivery
Support risk analyses, architecture reviews, vulnerability management, and compliance/accreditation processes
Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to provide technical and regulatory support
Promote reuse of security guidelines, patterns, controls, and architectures across products/projects
Advise clients on risk identification and action planning
Requisitos principales
Experience leading or coordinating cybersecurity initiatives in engineering, product, or technology projects
Knowledge of Security by Design principles and SDLC integration
Experience xqbhyrx defining security requirements, risk analyses, architecture reviews, and vulnerability management
Familiarity with compliance, audit, and system accreditation processes
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and serve as technical liaison with clients
Experience participating in bids or tenders involving cybersecurity components
