In this role you will lead the technology strategy and build scalable mobile apps for Android and iOS, shaping products for water-sports enthusiasts. You will collaborate cross-functionally to define features, ensure data privacy, and mentor the tech team. You’ll contribute backend expertise to full-stack initiatives and keep the user experience front and center. This is a hands-on leadership position in a hybrid, innovation-driven company.

Responsabilidades
Lead the development and implementation of the company’s technology strategy
Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable mobile apps for Android and iOS




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations
Manage and mentor the technology team
Contribute to technical aspects of projects with backend expertise
Take a user-oriented approach to ensure a seamless and intuitive end-user experience
Requisitos principales
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, xqbhyrx or related field
Strong expertise in Android and iOS mobile app development
Programming languages: Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience with in-app payment implementations
