As an Executive Director in SCIB, you will lead end-to-end back leverage transactions (non-recourse or partial-recourse) for institutional clients. You will collaborate with trading, sales, syndication, legal and risk teams to structure and execute complex financings across EMEA. The role combines front-office origination with rigorous risk management and cross-border execution, with a strong emphasis on leadership and stakeholder alignment. You will shape deal structuring across integral markets and contribute to Santander’s client-centric transformation.

Responsabilidades
Originate, structure, negotiate and manage complex financing transactions with a disciplined risk framework
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (trading, sales, syndication, legal, risk)




Structure back leverage transactions with non-recourse or partial-recourse formats
Oversee cross-border transaction structuring across EMEA
Ensure execution quality and strong client engagement throughout the deal lifecycle
Mentor and lead teams to deliver high-impact solutions
Requisitos principales
10+ years in structured finance, structured credit, real estate finance, trading, origination or underwriting across EMEA
Proven ability to originate and close complex financing solutions for institutional clients
Experience leading teams and coordinating with xqbhyrx multiple functions in large international institutions
Master in Finance or equivalent
English required; Spanish preferred
Strong financial modelling and transaction analysis capabilities
Cross-border, risk-aware deal structuring experience
Commercial and client-oriented mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Structured finance and structured credit
Origination, underwriting and execution of complex transactions
Risk management, hedging and restructuring
