Overview

As Consultant, ClinRO Services you support patient-centered research within the PCS team, driving quality assessments in clinical trials. You work with rater performance and data quality to ensure reliable trial outcomes across CNS populations. The role blends scientific evaluation with client-facing communication in a fast-paced, integral environment. You will contribute to standardized methods, training, and calibration to deliver rigorous, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

- Review scales administered by raters to ensure standardized data collection and reliability
- Evaluate the quality of assessments and discuss methodology and scoring with raters
- Prepare for discussions with raters by reviewing case data and relevant scale items
- Complete rater interactions and scheduled tasks in a timely manner
- Submit all documentation promptly for assigned tasks
- Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities
- Assess rater performance through mock interviews and facilitate communication




- remotely contact participants to administer assessments via the Engage app and document outcomes

Requisitos principales
- Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric, Nursing or Social Work
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with schizophrenia and major depressive disorder populations
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience administering psychiatric assessments including PANSS
- Clinical Trials experience preferred (CNS trials a plus)
- Advanced level of English
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional interaction with all levels
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving abilities
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
