Overview

As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will manage and optimize airline-project infrastructures and services. You'll work with AWS-focused platforms, IaC tooling, and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, compliant operations. You'll resolve incidents, generate performance insights, and evolve cloud solutions in a collaborative environment. This role offers remote flexibility and a chance to influence scalable infrastructure in a dynamic, technology-driven setting.

Responsabilidades
- Resolve technical incidents and service requests
- Generate performance reports
- Develop and evolve infrastructure solutions
- Ensure compliance with change requirements




- Participate in agile dynamics (daily sessions, planning sessions, etc.)

Requisitos principales
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, ECS, VPC) and IaC tools (CDK and/or CloudFormation)
- Azure and Terraform experience valued
- Networking and security proficiency (VPC, IAM, Firewalls, DirectConnect)
- Programming in TypeScript/Node.js (primary) and Python (preferred)
- Microsoft environment knowledge (IIS, Active Directory, SQL Server)
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Git
