As a Product Data Analytics Senior Manager, you will lead a three-person analytics team within the Product Insights group, guiding data-driven decisions to optimize product performance. You collaborate with the SVP of Product to translate data into strategic actions and align with company goals. You’ll manage complex projects across cross-functional teams and empower product groups with advanced analytics. This role offers impact on product strategy and transformation through data-led insights.

Strategically align your teams work with high-priority product topics
Direct execution of complex initiatives and deliver timely, actionable insights
Lead and develop three analysts with clear OKRs and high-impact projects




Enhance data empowerment across product lines and train teams to use insights autonomously
Collaborate with product research and product leadership to drive insights-driven decision-making
Requisitos principales
Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization
Experience with SQL, DBT, Excel, Tableau or similar tools; strong data visualization skills
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in cross-functional xqbhyrx teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Strong organizational skills and experience with project management methodologies
Some management experience of data analysts, ideally product analysts
Understanding of business strategy and how data insights support goals
Prior experience as a data analyst and holding a business or engineering degree
