In this role you shape Perks brand across channels, crafting memorable visual systems and experiences. You will work within the Creative Design team to translate objectives into strategic design outcomes while maintaining high standards. Craft visual systems and brand experiences for internal and external audiences

Develop scalable visual identity systems and templates to improve efficiency
Foster cross-functional collaboration and creative problem-solving
Mentor and guide junior designers
Stay ahead of design trends and technologies to keep the brand relevant
Requisitos principales
6+ years of brand and creative design experience
Strong foundation in typography, colour, layout; art direction for photography and illustration
Knowledge of xqbhyrx design technologies and production processes; familiarity with marketing metrics
Proactive self-starter with ability to adapt to project scale and requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of motion principles; experience with storyboards and motion design is a plus
