As Director, Global Early Asset & Business Development you translate early signals into strategic investment decisions across pre-clinical to Phase 3 and in-licensing. You’ll lead forecast development, patient-based models, and commercial diligence, partnering with cross-functional teams to inform gates and portfolio choices. In a risk-aware, AI-enabled environment, you will drive speed, clarity, and rigor to shape a winning respiratory and immunology portfolio. This role combines science, finance, and strategy to impact patient access and outcomes.

Responsabilidades
Lead early forecasting across epidemiology, adoption, and policy shifts to guide stage-gate decisions and allocation of resources
Build patient-based forecast models integrating primary/secondary data and analog benchmarks for investment cases
Deliver commercial diligence and market models for in-licensing, partnerships, and acquisitions with clear risk-adjusted recommendations
Prepare governance-ready narratives for executive reviews, portfolio prioritization, and opportunity assessments
Advise senior leaders on forecast drivers, model changes, and implications for pipeline and deal strategy




Contribute to disease strategy by informing R&I; direction with insights on unmet need and market evolution
Design and oversee vendor-led qualitative and quantitative market research to guide investments and strategy
Identify and embed AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve insight speed, quality, and explainability
Champion robust model governance, documentation, and responsible AI practices to enable auditability and risk management
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, or PhD in a quantitative, scientific, or life-sciences discipline)
6+ years of relevant pharma, biotech, or consulting experience in forecasting, early-stage pipeline strategy, or market insights
Strong scientific xqbhyrx and business acumen
Scientific agility to adapt to new indications, modalities, and targets
Proficiency with NPV, risk-adjusted forecasting, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses for investment cases
Understanding of key commercial drivers, market access, pricing, reimbursement, and US/integral policy factors
Clear, concise communication of complex data to senior stakeholders and governance bodies
Ability to build trust and alignment across global and US stakeholders
