As a CX Ops Specialist at Factorial, you will design and maintain automation systems across the customer experience journey to scale our CX engine. You’ll work with HubSpot, Zapier, and other tools to streamline onboarding, account management, support, and renewals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align automation with business goals. You’ll tackle operational puzzles, drive data-driven improvements, and help shape a scalable RevOps strategy in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to impact customer journeys at scale and contribute to a high-growth, AI-powered SaaS company.

Responsabilidades
Execute high-impact automation projects across CX to enable scalability
Design and optimize workflows using HubSpot,



Zapier, and other platforms
Integrate third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow in the RevOps stack
Evaluate vendors and contribute to tech strategy and tooling roadmap
Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot, and drive continuous improvement
Report progress to Directors and VPs with high visibility
Co-develop the internal CX playbook and documentation
Collaborate with RevOps, Data, and Finance to align automation with business goals
Requisitos principales
2–3 xqbhyrx years in RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or CX Ops
Proficiency with HubSpot and building automations
Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or tools like Make or Zapier
Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving
Curiosity about the why of automation and hands-on execution
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
