In this role you own and steer the global Finance tools portfolio, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement aligned with finance and digital strategies. You will act as Product Owner for key tools, driving cross-functional initiatives across Finance and IT and partnering with external vendors. You’ll oversee governance, risk, and automation efforts to enhance efficiency and user experience. This strategic, global position supports digital transformation and delivers value across Finance systems.
Responsabilidades
Act as Product Owner for Finance tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Trintech, Concur) with roadmaps and prioritized enhancements
Define and manage product roadmaps, enhancements, and release planning
Lead Finance tools projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
Coordinate cross-functional global teams across Finance and IT
Ensure operational stability through incident, request, and change management




Manage system escalations and drive timely resolution of critical issues
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align priorities and governance
Lead audit, risk, and compliance activities for Finance tools
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across systems
Present project updates, risks, and strategy to senior management
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
Strong experience with ServiceNow and Finance processes
5+ years of experience in project leadership, product xqbhyrx ownership, or similar roles
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in complex and fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in audit, risk, or compliance processes is a plus
Advanced level of English
