In this role you will define and lead the product vision for Docplanner’s Practice Management System across markets. You will align PM, design, and engineering to deliver an AI-first PMS that clinics can’t imagine living without. You’ll drive modularity with the engineering team to unlock new product capabilities and a scalable growth engine for individuals and small clinics. You’ll own outcomes like retention and expansion revenue and collaborate with regional leaders to localize strategy.

Responsabilidades
Own product strategy for PMS across MyDr, Gipo, Clinic Cloud, Feegow, and our light-version PMS with country-specific adaptation
Embed AI features natively (AI scribe, AI booking, patient summaries, scheduling) to empower clinics




Lead the unification journey by partnering with the Engineering Director to enable modularity and new product possibilities
Design a growth engine with a lightweight entry product for individuals/small clinics and a clear path to full PMS and Noa
Focus on measurable outcomes: doctor/clinic retention, expansion revenue, integrated bookings, and market launches
Collaborate with PMS business owner, country managers, and the Noa team across multiple countries
Provide leadership that bridges product, design, and engineering to build a cohesive product vision across teams
Requisitos principales
3+ years leading product at Lead/Director xqbhyrx level (must-have)
Proven track record in B2B SaaS
Experience driving multi-product consolidation
Comfort with regulated environments (healthcare data, GDPR, medical-device software) is a strong plus
Fluent English; Spanish, Polish, Italian or Portuguese are a plus
Exceptional problem-solving mindset
Founder-level ownership and drive
Builder leadership and cross-functional collaboration
B2B SaaS product management
Experience with multi-product consolidation
Regulatory/compliance awareness in healthcare (GDPR)
