In this role, you will lead the delivery of technical solutions and programs for inventory management of non-inventory supplies across Amazon’s integral operations. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy to influence procurement at scale. You will drive end-to-end program lifecycles, architect scalable AI-driven solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how Amazon procures and manages supplies globally.
Responsabilidades
Define and manage end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technology programs
Develop requirements, high-level designs, integration plans, and specifications with engineering, product, and business teams
Lead architecture discussions leveraging AWS and AI to ensure scalable, secure, and operational solutions
Oversee integration with existing software/hardware across sites and resolve cross-team challenges
Manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks,



and mitigation plans
Facilitate business and technical meetings and ensure appropriate stakeholders are involved
Communicate program status, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders across levels
Adjust project plans in response to shifting priorities and balance short-term delivery with long-term goals
Drive process improvements to speed delivery and reduce overhead
Scale products within the program to new regions, lines, or use cases with cross-functional execution
Requisitos principales
Experience in technical product or program xqbhyrx management
Experience working directly with engineering teams
Experience in software development
Experience in technical program management with software engineering teams
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Facilitation of meetings and decisive decision-making
Risk identification and mitigation
AWS services knowledge
AI/ML awareness and applicability
