In this role you will lead end-to-end Spanish payroll implementations, ensuring accurate data, compliant processes, and successful client onboarding. You will work on configuring and validating payroll for Spanish clients, supporting go-live activities and data reconciliations. The position sits within a collaborative team in Barcelona with hybrid or remote options, focusing on high-quality, compliant payroll delivery in a fast-paced, global environment. You will solve data challenges and partner with cross-functional teams to drive smooth transitions to operations.

Responsabilidades
Deliver end-to-end Spanish payroll processing during implementation projects
Support implementation of CloudPay’s payroll platform for Spanish clients
Validate and reconcile payroll data for accuracy and compliance




Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in line with Spanish legislation
Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory documentation
Support client onboarding, payroll setup, testing, and parallel runs
Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into operations
Support payroll release testing and process improvements
Requisitos principales
Strong experience in end-to-end Spanish payroll processing (implementation experience preferred)
Fluent xqbhyrx Spanish and English communication skills
Solid knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation and statutory reporting (Siltr@, AEAT, SEPE, Contrat@, Certific@, CAT365, Delt@)
Experience with payroll implementation and client delivery
Proficiency in Wolters Kluwer A3NOM (required)
Experience with SUMMAR Labour software (preferred)
Strong Excel and organizational skills
