In this role you will help shape Factorial’s AI-driven Operations domain, building tools for managers and HR to streamline recruitment, performance, engagement, and trainings. You will design and ship AI-enabled features that scale across many companies, focusing on reliability, user experience, and production readiness. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to turn probabilistic AI concepts into tangible product outcomes. This is an opportunity to impact how people are managed and developed at scale, using cutting-edge LLM and agentic architectures.

Responsabilidades




Design system architecture and high-level prompts for multi-agent AI features
Review and validate AI outputs, ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability
Coordinate and synchronize multiple AI agents to deliver coherent features
Define and experiment with workflows, sharing findings to prevent information silos
Partner with teammates to help transitions from deterministic to probabilistic thinking
Requisitos principales
4+ years in software engineering xqbhyrx
experience shipping AI-powered features and evaluating them in production
familiarity with Ruby on Rails & React
understanding of integrating AI models into scalable, cloud-native environments
ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
