As a Category Planning & Activation specialist, you will shape how Mondelēz leads in retail excellence through space, range, and distribution strategies. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate shopper insights into actionable measures and define success for key customers. Your role focuses on category management projects, shelf optimization, and promotion efficiency to drive growth. You will empower sales with tools and training while collaborating across functions to support trade negotiations and future business plans.
Responsabilidades
Deliver the Perfect Store agenda and identify growth opportunities via customer and shopper analysis
Design success criteria for key customers regarding shelf placement and promotion efficiency
Lead category management projects with major customers




Equip and train Sales Teams to execute Perfect Store initiatives effectively
Support development of annual trade negotiations
Develop plans to enhance Mondelēz’s future business around Perfect Store topics
Collaborate closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders
