In Security Architecture & Transformation you lead a team of Security Architects to shape target-state security across cloud, identity, network and application domains. You align security work with digital transformation and business priorities, driving modern frameworks and secure design patterns. You define standards, guide governance through ARBs, and ensure consistent, compliant architectures across regions. You collaborate with legal and technical teams to deliver strategic security guidance and stay ahead of threats and technologies.

Responsabilidades
Lead a team of Security Architects
Establish target-state architectures for cloud, identity, network, and application security
Align security architecture with business priorities and digital transformation
Drive adoption of modern frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, cloud-native security)
Lead architecture review boards (ARB) for new systems and major changes
Define and enforce security design standards, patterns, and reference architectures
Ensure consistency across regions, business units, and platforms




Develop and communicate information security policies, standards, and guidelines
Contribute to organizational strategies related to information control and risk assessment
Provide authoritative security guidance in collaboration with legal and technical experts
Understand client needs, analyze requirements, and facilitate stakeholder collaboration
Maintain expert knowledge in defined specialisms and consolidate expertise
Conduct and contribute to research activities and publish findings
Monitor emerging technologies, assess threats and opportunities, and produce roadmaps
Requisitos principales
College or university degree with focus on IT, or equivalent experience
7 years IT experience, with 5 years in the relevant area
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient English (verbal xqbhyrx and written)
Deep experience in at least one area: cloud security, IAM/SSO/Zero Trust, application & API security, network security, or data & AI security
Strong understanding in at least one: threat modelling, secure SDLC, modern architectures (microservices, containers, serverless)
Proactivity and team-player attitude; ability to collaborate
