In this role you will develop and refine forecasting models for international revenue and partner with cross‑functional teams to inform strategic decisions. You will monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver clear reporting for stakeholders. Your work will support revenue growth and financial targets while driving process improvements in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment. This position offers the chance to shape how Rover plans for growth across markets and product lines.

Responsabilidades
Develop and maintain forecasting models for international revenue aligned with business goals
Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Product to gather model inputs
Monitor forecast vs actuals and advise on key revenue drivers with data-driven insights
Identify risks and opportunities early and propose course corrections to hit targets




Analyze cohort models to understand consumer behavior and long-term planning implications
Ensure reporting provides clear visibility to performance and early problem detection
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency within the role
Requisitos principales
5+ years in FP&A;, financial modeling, or related roles with strong forecasting focus
Proven track record of developing and managing complex financial models
Experience with user retention modeling and cohort analysis
Strong attention to detail xqbhyrx and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence leadership through concise, outcome-oriented presentations
Ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights
SQL experience required, Python a plus
Experience in a tech or marketplace company is a plus
