In this role, you will manage Linehaul Service Provider relationships for Amazon’s Middle Mile, ensuring partners are set up for success and aligned with performance expectations. You will coach LSPs, interpret data, and drive continuous program improvements across internal and external stakeholders. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, prioritizing for impact while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer experience. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how we move packages efficiently at scale, with travel as needed.
Responsabilidades
Provide best-in-class coaching for LSPs by interpreting data and monitoring performance and compliance




Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with LSPs, acting as their voice within the Amazon ecosystem
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on diverse projects to continuously improve the program
Proactively manage operational challenges and design long-term solutions xqbhyrx
Requisitos principales
Fluent in Polish
Bachelors degree
Experience in program or project management
Experience in supply chain
Customer obsession
Highly organized
Excellent written and verbal communication
