As a leader in digital and AI transformation, you will drive the end-to-end strategy for the Product Development Q.life Platform and scale AI capabilities across Lubrizol’s businesses. You will build and mentor a global high-performing team, embed accountability and inclusion, and guide technology roadmaps with internal and external partners. You will own ML systems governance and lifecycle management, ensuring reliable, secure AI solutions that align with business value. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution and executive influence.

Lead end-to-end digital and AI transformation for the Product Development Q.life Platform across divisions
Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team
Foster innovation, accountability,



and high-performance practices
Own production ML systems including governance, lifecycle management, and business continuity
Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to scale AI/ML capabilities
Establish best practices for ML development, deployment, monitoring, and improvement
Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap with internal and external partners
Advise leadership on AI investment decisions and prioritization based on value
Requisitos principales
Advanced degree (Ph.D. or MS) in a relevant field
12+ years in digital transformation, AI/ML, or advanced analytics with leadership experience
Proven track record xqbhyrx leading large-scale transformation initiatives
Strong expertise in ML, MLOps, data platforms, and model lifecycle management
Experience building cross-functional partnerships with IT, business leaders, and external stakeholders
Strategic mindset with ability to translate vision into execution and measurable outcomes
Excellent communication and influencing skills across executive and technical audiences
