As a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer, you bridge tech expertise and client needs to drive tailored solutions. Collaborating with the sales team, you translate complex concepts into compelling presentations and demonstrations. You’ll support proposals, run PoC and lab tests, and deliver technical documentation. This role combines technical depth with customer engagement to shape winning, technically sound offers. You’ll operate in a general, diverse environment and contribute to product-driven growth.
Responsabilidades
Provide technical consultation to the sales team on product capabilities and customization options
Develop tailored solutions with the sales team and deliver technical presentations, demos, and trainings
Assist in creating technical proposals, bids, and cost estimates with customer requirements
Conduct product demonstrations remotely or on-site and address technical questions
Plan and execute lab testing and PoC, generate test reports, discuss results with clients
Create and maintain project-specific technical documentation and FAQs
Support post-sales technical issues with the FTS team and coordinate with engineering/support as needed
Deliver training sessions to internal sales teams and stay updated on industry trends
Gather and relay customer feedback to BU and product teams for improvements
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related technical field
At least 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or field application engineering (preferably in Frequency and Time Systems)
Strong understanding of xqbhyrx technical sales processes and customer engagement
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with lab testing, PoC, and technical documentation
Ability to work independently and in a multicultural, geographically dispersed team
Willingness to travel within the EMEA region; English proficiency; other EMEA languages a plus
