Portfolio team in Barcelona, you will drive portfolio strategy and growth by analyzing current and future product opportunities, leading forecasting, and delivering market insights. You will coordinate cross-functional and country stakeholders and leverage AI-driven analytics to support strategic decisions and planning. You will also support portfolio expansion, business case reviews, and data-driven guidance for markets.

This role offers the chance to influence CNS portfolio strategy within a growing European pharma group.

- Assess and support current and future portfolio analysis and selection
- Lead forecasting and coordinate cross-functional and country inputs
- Analyze market and competitive data to identify opportunities
- Provide data-driven strategic guidance to markets and country teams
- Prepare reports and presentations on market insights and trends




- Lead annual review of pipeline business cases with local experts and corporate teams
- Support portfolio expansion in smaller countries and new affiliates
- Maintain group portfolio databases
- Support key strategic processes (Budget u0026 MRP planning) with cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades
- 3-5 years' experience in Business and Strategy Consulting, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated in-depth data analysis
- Proven forecasting, financial and commercial modelling experience;

practical AI tool experience (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)

- Fluent English mandatory;

Spanish and xugodme German valuable

- Ability to work independently
- Strong critical thinking, organization, results orientation, efficiency, and teamwork
- Proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Financial knowledge valued
