In this role you will develop and maintain the project schedule for rail projects in Barcelona, acting as the PM’s trusted deputy to ensure alignment across the core team. You will connect project interfaces through robust scheduling and proactive coordination, supporting on-time delivery and decision-making with accurate timelines. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement and share best practices, REX learnings, and scheduling templates. This position offers growth in a cutting-edge field within a global rail leader.

Responsabilidades
Develop and maintain the internal project schedule for your area
Act as the right hand to the Project Manager/CoD/CoO and collaborate with SSM or PM
Serve as the central connector of project interfaces, driving scheduling and coordination
Provide accurate, timely scheduling information to support decision-making and On-Time Delivery
Collaborate across teams and contribute to REEX, improvements, and share best practices
Contribute to REEX and improvements, share schedule templates xqbhyrx and methodologies
Requisitos principales
Engineering or Business degree (minimum)
Planning Certification, if applicable
Project management or industrial background
Knowledge of different scheduling tools
Cross-functional collaboration
Proactive coordination
Strong communication
Scheduling tools knowledge

Understanding of development/operations schedules
