As Senior Demand Planner at HARTMANN’s Global Planning Hub, you will drive forecast quality and S&OP; excellence across international markets. You’ll collaborate with commercial, finance and operations teams to translate data and insights into reliable demand plans aligned with business goals. The role emphasises cross-country standardization, planning analytics, and continuous improvement in a fast-evolving, data-driven environment. Responsabilidades
Analyze statistical forecasts and validate baseline demand plans using historical data and insights
Integrate enrichments, promotions, risks, and opportunities into demand plans with local markets
Maintain accurate forecasts in planning systems (e.g. SAP IBP)
Monitor forecast accuracy,



bias and KPIs; propose improvement actions
Lead Demand Review and S&OP; processes per global planning standards
Identify supply risks and bottlenecks with Supply Planning teams to protect customer service
Support inventory optimization and obsolescence management through proactive planning
Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization across countries/regions
Requisitos principales
At least 3 years of related experience in supply chain management
Experience with SAP IBP or advanced planning systems (plus)
Strong MS Office knowledge xqbhyrx
Digital mindset with knowledge of emerging technologies (RPA, Blockchain, AI, IoT)
Operational excellence experience
Highly motivated, structured, resilient under pressure
Proficient in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus
Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment
Self-starter
Organized and prioritizes work
Problem solving and troubleshooting

MS Office proficiency
