In this role you help advance GenAI-powered solutions within OLX’s Generative AI Innovation team. You’ll contribute to planning, building, and deploying scalable cloud-native software, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship impact-driven AI applications. You will mentor juniors, drive innovation, and help shape the engineering strategy while delivering secure, high-quality systems on AWS.

Plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects with quality and timeliness
Develop robust, secure, and scalable software solutions for AI projects




Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a collaborative environment
Drive innovation by shaping software development and collaborating with product management
Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions using GitLab CI/CD to AWS
Contribute to cross-team collaboration through inter-team groups or guilds
Requisitos principales
Significant professional experience in software development with Python
Experience in large-scale web applications xqbhyrx and designing well-bounded domain systems
Experience in architecting Cloud Native solutions; AWS considered a plus
Experience in multi-functional teams
Ownership mindset: build it, run it, own it with emphasis on code quality, debugging, optimization, and automation
Experience in building AI/ML-enabled products
