In this role you will lead cost management for high-profile data centre projects in Madrid, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver value-driven outcomes. Responsabilidades
Lead multidisciplinary project teams and serve as day-to-day client liaison to achieve objectives
Manage team performance, development, and recruitment in line with pipeline and projects
Develop cost benchmarks, KPIs, and robust reporting structures for project execution
Oversee end-to-end project controls, cost planning, and post-contract reporting




Lead financial management, risk, and commercial negotiations with the project team
Coordinate invoicing processes and ensure compliance with client requirements
Contribute to business development and share lessons learned to drive improvements
Requisitos principales
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 10 years experience in cost management
Broad experience across planning, estimating, pre-contract, post-contract, and final accounts
Experience with value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
Knowledge xqbhyrx of labour, plant, materials costs, cashflow, and budgeting
Experience in business development activities
Strong organization, multi-tasking, and teamwork abilities
English required; Spanish preferred
Proficiency with MS Office and digital cost management tools; familiarity with D-365
