In this role you will drive commercial enablement for Smith+Nephew’s Orthopaedics sales in Southern Europe, partnering with sales, marketing and HR to build a capable, certified field team. You’ll deliver product, sales and coaching training and provide hands-on field coaching to new hires and experienced reps. Your work will embed consistent selling behaviours and reinforce value propositions to support sustainable growth across the region. This is a field-based, multi-country role with travel, offering a meaningful impact on regional performance and customer conversations.

Deliver product, sales and coaching training to the sales organization
Support both new hires and experienced sales professionals with ongoing development

Requisitos principales
Proven experience in sales enablement or commercial training within the medical devices industry, ideally Orthopaedics
Strong foundation in sales and/or xqbhyrx marketing
Demonstrated ability to deliver product, sales and coaching training
Spanish and English proficiency; Italian and/or Portuguese advantageous for SOEUR
Strong commercial acumen, facilitation and coaching skills
Autonomy and resilience in a field-based, multi-country environment
