Overview In this role, you will manage a portfolio of existing clients in the Portuguese market, acting as the first point of contact to ensure satisfaction and retention. You'll identify upsell opportunities and communicate product updates to clients. You'll maintain long-term relationships, understand client needs, and collaborate on product improvements. You join a growing Customer Experience team that guides users and drives value across Factorial's platform.

Responsabilidades
- Identify upsell opportunities and generate revenue from each client
- Build strong client relationships via regular video calls to understand requirements and share product updates




- Provide after-sales support to retain customers
- Ensure prompt and accurate responses to client queries
- Recognize trends, report weaknesses, and help improve customer journeys and the product
