As Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of analysts supporting high-impact B2C initiatives across the Dow Jones portfolio. You will guide priorities, develop talent, and ensure high-quality, actionable insights for Product, Engineering, Marketing and Data partners. The role blends people leadership with hands-on analytics to shape analytics standards and drive business impact.

You’ll coach analysts, navigate ambiguity, and scale the team’s impact through effective collaboration and processes. This is a high-visibility opportunity to advance data-driven decision making at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts
- Translate business goals into a clear team roadmap and allocate resources
- Mentor analysts and support career development




- Serve as primary analytics partner for stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data
- Encourage AI-enabled analytics to improve productivity and insight quality
- Provide analytical guidance on analyses, reporting, and experimentation
- Help the team solve ambiguous business problems and unblock work in fast-paced environments

Requisitos principales

- 6+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or data science
- Experience managing or developing analysts
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive execution across multiple workstreams xugodme
- Strong experience applying analytics to digital subscription products and engagement analysis
- Advanced SQL and working knowledge of Python or R
- Expertise in data visualization/BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- BS in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
