As a DevSecOps Engineer at Akamai, you design and implement secure, automated CI/CD and infrastructure workflows that blend development, security, and operations. You’ll optimize containerized environments, automate provisioning, and enforce security and compliance across deployments. Your work supports Akamai’s scalable, distributed platform, enabling reliable and secure software delivery at scale.

This role combines hands-on automation with collaboration across cross-functional teams to protect our edge-to-cloud solutions.

Responsabilidades

- Design and implement DevSecOps solutions and embed security into automation pipelines
- Optimize containerized environments and streamline deployment workflows with enhanced security




- Automate infrastructure management to align with security and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with development and security teams to establish guardrails for secure delivery
- Improve CI/CD workflows to uphold code quality, security, and compliance

Requisitos principales

- Extensive experience as a DevOps Engineer with a DevSecOps focus
- Proven automation of infrastructure and deployment workflows
- Experience with container orchestration tools xugodme (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python or Go)
- Knowledge of security tools (SAST, DAST, IaC scanning, vulnerability scanners)
