Factorial HR is seeking an Engineering Team Lead who writes code and coaches 4–7 engineers. You’ll review PRs, pair on hard problems, and own a product area end-to-end while guiding your team through AI-powered workflows. You’ll work closely with the business, shaping the roadmap, and driving the shift to AI-native product development. This is a hands-on leadership role at Factorial’s Barcelona/Madrid offices.
