Overview

In this role you will develop and maintain a regional market picture, translate market developments into clear briefs, and support strategic planning with data-driven insights. You will monitor competitors, track forecasts, and keep OEM profiles up to date across Europe, Latin America, and India. Your work informs product and energy-source strategies in a general, collaborative team focused on powertrain solutions and regulatory shaping. This is a unique chance to influence market strategy in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsabilidades

- Build and maintain regional market picture including production and sales by segment, architecture, and fuel type
- Track macroeconomic, technology, energy, infrastructure, and policy developments and summarize insights
- Conduct competitor monitoring and benchmarking using team methodologies
- Maintain and update market forecasts with data inputs and model updates
- Own OEM profiles and trackers covering organization, financials, partnerships, brand positioning, and priorities
- Compile product and platform intelligence to inform competitiveness comparisons




- Monitor automotive regulation and policy and flag implications for powertrain strategy
- Produce recurring market updates, technology trend summaries, and exhibition reports; support strategic planning

Requisitos principales

- Degree in economics, business, engineering, international relations or a comparable field
- First relevant experience in market intelligence, market research, consulting, strategy or related analytical role, ideally in automotive
- Strong analytical skills and structured data gathering and validation
- Ability to condense complex information into concise, accurate summaries
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Genuine interest in automotive industry, powertrain tech, and regulatory environment
- Fluent in English; Spanish or another regional language is advantageous
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and collaborative working style in international team
