In this role you will lead integral social media content to boost brand visibility and audience engagement across international markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align with campaigns and product launches, shaping social narratives and educational content. You’ll transform complex scientific topics into engaging, scroll-stopping content while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsabilidades

Manage global social media content calendar and execute plans aligned with strategy

Coordinate content with product launches, campaigns and scientific communications

Produce engaging social-first content (videos, graphics, carousels, copy) and prepare localization-ready packages

Coordinate production with internal teams and external agencies

Support local market activation and ensure brand messaging consistency





Transform scientific topics into accessible digital content and balance accuracy with engagement

Monitor conversations, identify opportunities to boost audience engagement and perform performance analysis

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and promote social media best practices

Requisitos principales

10 years of overall experience

3–5 years of experience in social media content creation

Strong storytelling and copywriting skills

Experience creating social-first and short-form xugodme video content

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva Pro/CapCut

Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously

International experience and healthcare industry exposure are a plus

Fluent English strong storytelling copywriting stakeholder management

Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)
