You lead the RISK ESG Madrid Hub to advance BNP Paribas’ ESG risk management across risk types and geographies. You build capabilities, guide a multi-location team, and deliver strategic insights for Top Management in collaboration with Paris and London teams. You influence Board-level messaging and supervisory dialogue while steering transversal initiatives. This role offers a chance to shape the ESG risk agenda within a large, international risk function.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Lead and grow the Madrid hub, ensuring high-quality delivery in coordination with Paris and London teams
- Optimize topic coverage and staffing dynamically with RISK ESG managers across locations
- Represent the Madrid team in RISK ESG ManCo and maintain regular team engagement
- Contribute to Board presentation content and cross-team coordination within RISK and the Group
- Produce strategic notes on emerging themes, performance signals, and strategic risks for senior management
- Support RISK ESG teams on ongoing topics (BAU or projects)



and participate in ESG questionnaires and portfolio analysis
- Contribute to Supervisory On-Site Inspection recommendations, coordination, and closure
- Shape transversal and strategic delivery in response to evolving ESG priorities
- Onboard, coach and develop the Madrid team to sustain high-quality delivery

Responsabilidades

- 15+ years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, IG, or equivalent
- ESG experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex topics for senior management xugodme
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Fluency in English and French; Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to navigate demanding contexts and drive transversal workstreams
- People management and resource planning interest
