Overview In this role you drive the Business Continuity Management program in Spain, reporting to senior leadership and aligning with global colleagues. You will establish a greenfield BCM capability, lead BIAs and continuity planning, and oversee ISO 22301 certification to ensure resilience and regulatory compliance. You'll design cross-functional training and run realistic exercises, coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

Your work protects assets, reputation, and operational stability while contributing to a mature, auditable BCM ecosystem.

Responsabilidades
- Define and drive the multi-year BCM roadmap and strategy across international sites
- Lead greenfield establishment and ongoing excellence of the BCM program
- Conduct rigorous BIAs and develop comprehensive continuity plans
- Serve as National BCM Risk Owner and integrate threat/vulnerability assessments into ERM
- Pursue and maintain ISO 22301 certification and regulatory compliance
- Design and execute scenario-based training and cross-functional exercises




- Manage external vendors and sub-contracted services for BCM deployment
- Provide expert incident support and conduct post-incident evaluations for continuous improvement
- Ensure BCM tools and processes are integrated with ADS Division operations
- Produce validated BCM documentation and a robust country Risk Profile

Requisitos principales
- Strategic leadership to build and mature BCM program
- Experience establishing BCM from greenfield to certified state
- Knowledge of BIAs, risk assessments, ERM and incident management

- Experience with ISO 22301 or equivalent BCM standards
