Overview

As Lead Performance Manager at Socialpoint, you will shape the Liveops and monetization strategy for our live game lineup. You will lead campaigns end-to-end, from design to analysis, driving data-driven decisions that maximize value for players and the business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align features and liv ops cadence with growth goals.

This role offers impact at scale, in a fast-paced studio known for beloved titles, with a strong Barcelona presence and hybrid work. You will help sustain a vibrant, player-centric live game ecosystem.

- 3+ years as Liveops Manager in a game with a strong liveops cadence
- Experience in a volatile and fast-paced environment; adaptable to changes
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder alignment ability
