Join Canadian Solar’s Madrid team as a Logistics Coordinator to drive efficient inbound-to-outbound logistics for assigned Sales Managers. You’ll collaborate with the in-house sales unit to ensure accurate, timely order processing and support process improvements through automation and digitalization. You will manage freight orders, track daily deliveries, and liaise with forwarders/3PLs while monitoring KPIs to identify bottlenecks.

This role offers exposure to an international, dynamic logistics environment and opportunities to shape operational excellence in a sustainability-driven company.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Serve as the direct contact for logistics topics for assigned Sales Managers, from inbound to final delivery
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing




- Support operational process improvements including automation/digitalization projects
- Create freight orders with selected forwarders/carriers
- Monitor delivery plans and manage changes; communicate with internal and external parties
- Act as liaison with forwarders/3PL regarding transport status, confirmations, and delays
- Evaluate and report on transportation and warehousing KPIs
- Analyze shipping and delivery data to identify bottlenecks xugodme and improvement opportunities

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Logistics
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Power BI is a plus
- Experience with SAP ERP is a plus
