The role involves advanced technical skills, proactive monitoring, and ensuring system reliability and performance. Skills MUST HAVE 5-7 years storage knowledge, aware of different storage solutions Good communication, presentation, reporting and leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Excellent skills on the following technologies: SAN/NAS, 3 PAR, Net App, EMC, IBM, HP NICE TO HAVE: Ability to work effectively in team environments.



Strong technical communication and teamwork skills Tasks Be the point of contact for external and internal communications Coordinating the storage tower cross delivery/country location Standard run operation Work on incident/problem/change/SR alignment with client doing health checks for the systems Identify automation opportunities align parameter changes Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards Proactive analysis of problems and application of best practices. REQUERIMIENTOS DEL SERVICIO: Shift M-F 7:00 - 19:00 (07:00-15:00/ 8:00-17:00/10:00-19:00) The interview will be in English and the most of part to work.
