Overview

In this role you help organizations adopt standardized SAP-enabled Finance processes as part of large transformation programs. You will lead design, standardization, and adoption across multiple countries, liaising with Finance leaders, project teams, and Shared Services. You’ll facilitate workshops, drive process harmonization, and support readiness, testing, go-live, and stabilization. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, change management, and continuous improvement within international, cross-functional programs.

Responsabilidades

- Lead design, standardization, and adoption of SAP-enabled Finance processes across countries and business units
- Serve as the primary interface between Finance stakeholders, business teams, and project teams
- Facilitate workshops to map current processes, identify gaps, and define future-state ways of working




- Drive process harmonization and challenge non-standard practices
- Support business readiness activities before deployment
- Coordinate Finance-related testing and validate requirements
- Support go-live preparation, hypercare, and stabilization
- Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication
- Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement and best practices

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance Operations, Shared Services, GBS, or Finance Transformation
- Strong expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
- Experience with SAP Finance solutions (SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA)
- Experience in ERP, SAP, or Finance transformation programs
- Strong understanding of Finance process standardization and target operating models
- Experience working with senior Finance stakeholders
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments
- Professional proficiency in English
