Join NIQ’s new PM Operations & AI Enablement group to lead an internal portfolio of AI-powered tools that accelerate product teams. You will own end-to-end strategy, adoption, and operating practices for AI tooling, shaping how product and engineering work evolve. This role combines vision, governance, and hands-on product leadership to drive measurable impact across the software lifecycle. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure trusted, high-quality AI experiences that users adoption and value.

Responsabilidades
Define the group’s 12–18 month product vision and roadmap, including portfolio prioritization and capacity planning.
Make build-vs-buy decisions with a clear business case and establish sunset criteria for underperforming tools.
Define end-to-end AI tooling for the group, including problem statements, user journeys, adoption paths, and measurement plans.
Set AI-native specifications, guardrails, human-in-the-loop points, and performance thresholds for tools.
Shape architecture calls (workflow vs. agent, retrieval vs. fine-tuning, model selection, cost/latency budgets).
Establish adoption outcomes with instrumented usage, onboarding, and handover to support.
Promote adoption through evangelism, demonstrations, and structured enablement sessions.
Define operating standards (PRD conventions, definition of done, documentation, decision logs)



and coach product managers.
Develop an AI literacy curriculum and run or sponsor enablement programs.
Create a metrics framework, instrument data collection, and report results to leadership.
Collaborate with Legal/Privacy/Security/IT on data, model approvals, and responsible-AI standards.
Requisitos principales
Senior product leadership in enterprise B2B SaaS with end-to-end ownership.
Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams including product and design practitioners.
Proven ability to align stakeholders without direct reporting lines and drive enduring changes.
Hands-on experience designing and shipping generative or agentic AI capabilities in live products.
Working fluency in AI product practice: prompt design, retrieval, agentic workflows, guardrails, and evaluation.
Ability to define “good enough” for AI features and hold products to measurable standards.
Experience creating or scaling a design system and driving adoption.
Strong research and evidence practices (usability testing, interviews, journey mapping, surveys, A/B testing).
Proficiency in product analytics (Amplitudes, Pendo, Tableau) and quantitative literacy.
Experience embedding operating practices (design ops, product ops) and delivering enablement programs. xhfqzwm
