As a Business Development Representative at Amenitiz, you own the full sales cycle from outbound outreach to contract closing. You will prospect, run product demos, handle objections, and manage a revenue-driving pipeline end-to-end. You’ll serve independent hoteliers across Europe, helping them adopt a proven SaaS solution that improves operations and guest experiences. You’ll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with cross-functional collaborators, shaping how we grow our customer base.

- Prospect and build a fresh top-of-funnel pipeline through calls, emails, and chat
- Conduct discovery to qualify opportunities and map customer needs
- Deliver structured product demos that link features to business impact
- Navigate objections and close deals, creating urgency where warranted
- Maintain HubSpot CRM, forecast reliably,



and ensure timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and peers to share feedback and improve outreach
Responsabilidades
- 2-4 years in a sales role (SDR, AE, or full-cycle)
- Native Italian speaker with strong written and spoken English
- Ability to switch between prospecting and closing within short timeframes
- Ownership mindset for pipeline and results;

- Resilience in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or startups is a plus
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM is a plus
