In this role you drive new business by identifying opportunities and engaging with prospects across the EMEA region. You will qualify needs, articulate cloud-based solutions, and manage a pipeline through outbound outreach. You work within a collaborative sales team to expand the customer base while meeting activity and revenue targets. Responsabilidades

Meet and exceed sales targets with high activity levels

Manage a portfolio to identify high-potential prospects and upsell opportunities

Execute outbound prospecting via phone and email

Educate clients on available solutions and benefits





Conduct cold outreach to C-level decision-makers and assess business needs

Gather technical requirements and propose suitable cloud-based solutions

Maintain customer data in CRM systems (Salesforce)

Contribute to team and individual sales goals through pipeline growth

Requisitos principales

BA/BS degree in a technical field

Native or proficient Norwegian (spoken and written)

English fluency (spoken and written)

Minimum 2 years of B2B outbound sales in IT

Strong understanding of cloud solutions and tech trends

Ability xugodme to identify business needs and map to solutions

Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, integrity

Experience in a target-driven, phone-based sales environment

CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
