In this role you will shape our online marketing analytics and AI roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn data into growth. You will lead a growing analytics team and drive a data-driven, experimental culture to optimize global campaigns. You’ll push advanced analytics and AI to stay at the cutting edge of marketing innovation. This is a strategic, impact-focused position within the Marketing Performance organization that shapes how we measure and optimize performance at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Define and execute the analytics and reporting strategy for online marketing campaigns
- Champion AI adoption and automation within the marketing analytics ecosystem
- Design, track, and analyze experiments and drive a continuous test-and-learn agenda
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, providing context, tools, and guidance
- Translate complex business questions into analyses using Python, R,



or SQL and collaborate with stakeholders
- Report on campaign performance to senior management with actionable insights from multiple angles

Requisitos principales

- Degree in a quantitative or technical field (such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Excellent analytical thinking and data storytelling
- Proactive ownership and ability to translate goals into actionable strategies
- Strong business acumen and focus on trading impact over technical complexity
- Experience in digital marketing analytics and prior mentoring/managing analysts
- SQL proficiency;

experience with Python, R, or similar for xugodme data manipulation

- Experience building dashboards with Looker Studio/DataStudio, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Solid understanding of statistical techniques for hypothesis testing and confidence intervals
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; collaborative and feedback-oriented
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
