Operations Manager – Luxury Resort Opening

Smyth & Co is exclusively recruiting an exceptionalOperations Managerfor an exciting new luxury opening within one of Marbella's leading resorts.

The successful candidate will oversee the launch and ongoing operation of two distinctive restaurant concepts: a premiumgrill restaurantand an elegantMediterranean restaurant. Two further venues are planned to open within the same resort next year, making this a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the development of a growing luxury hospitality operation.

We are looking for a polished and commercially minded operator with strong experience managing high-end, high-volume restaurants. You will lead the opening process, build and develop the teams, establish operational standards and ensure both venues deliver an exceptional guest experience from day one.
