Overview

As a Platform Engineer, you drive scalable, reliable platform solutions that empower development teams. You translate business needs into robust frontend, backend, and infrastructural architectures while enabling self-service and strong Developer Experience. You balance agility and security to reduce friction and accelerate delivery across cross-functional squads.

You will shape API decisions, tooling, and orchestration patterns to support autonomous teams at scale. This role offers a meaningful impact on Europe's digital sovereignty and a hands-on, pragmatic work environment.

Responsabilidades

- Identify pain points across development teams and deliver value-driven solutions
- Automate self-service capabilities and provide clear, Flametest documentation
- Translate business needs into scalable frontend/backend architecture decisions
- Design APIs, boilerplates, and technical solutions to reduce friction and increase autonomy
- Communicate architectural decisions, run internal workshops, and write integration guides
- Detect performance bottlenecks in tooling and workflows, implement quick wins




- Contribute to end-to-end development, testing, and deployment pipelines
- Advocate for a developer-first mindset and strong DevEx practices

Requisitos principales
- Advanced backend development with .NET Core / C# and Node.js (NestJS / Express)
- Expertise in REST API design and resilience patterns (circuit breakers, retries, rate limiting)
- Modern frontend expertise with React / TypeScript or Next.js
- Experience with Module Federation (Webpack / Vite) and MFE architectures
- OIDC/OAuth2 authentication flows and state management
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- CI/CD pipelines, GitOps (ArgoCD preferred) and quality tooling
- Automated testing and shift-left quality culture
- Observability basics (OpenTelemetry, Grafana stack) and dashboards
- Excellent communication and evangelization skills
- Autonomy and proactive problem-solving
- Hands-on pragmatism with value delivery focus
